As the case goes every summer, another weekend, another blockbuster movie. This weekend saw the release of “Star Trek”, a reboot from mega producer J.J. Abrams.
Well, it didn’t disappoint in the box office department. Star Trek landed in number 1 with $72.5 million. Thats about $13 million short of what Wolverine did last weekend.
Wolverine landed in the #2 spot with $27 million, bringing its domestic total to $129,624,000.
Rounding out the top 3 is “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” with around $10.4 million.
