Want a shot to win one of the 2 make-over slots? Here are details:
1) Send your name, age, and email address to fno2010event@entertainista.com
2) You must provide your own method of transportation to the event.
3) Makeovers will take place between 6:15-7pm on Sept 10; Winners must be able to be present during this time.
4) Be 18yrs of age or older (If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also be present).
5) All entries must be received no later than 11:59pm EST on September 8, 2010.
Winners will be notified via email 24-48rs prior to the event.
