As I approach my big 3-0 birthday in July, it has been a long standing goal to get myself into a much healthier lifestyle and drop the extra pounds that have been put on as the result of several knee injuries.
Achieving this goal all starts by watching what I’m putting into my body, I’ll admit that I have a large sweet tooth and live mostly off take-out. To help with the first (and important) step, I have joined the Nutrisystem Blogger Nation.
Over the next four months I will be documenting how the Nutrisystem works for me and my results from the program!!
I am so excited to not only start this journey to a new, fabulous me, but to also share the experience with everyone as I know many people out there have the same food issues as I do!
I start my program tomorrow and will be updating every Wednesday(starting on 4/20/11)!
