As if September isn’t busy enough for the fashion world thanks to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, The CW has just announced they will air “Gaga by Gaultier” on Monday September 12th.

In a rare interview, the reigning Queen of Pop and CFDA Award winner Lady Gaga will sit down with designer Jean Paul Gaultier.  This first ever face-to-face meeting, Gaga will interview Gaultier at his fabulous atelier in Paris,  discussing everything from her meteoric rise to fame; secret backstage details; her unique relationship with her fans; the absolute control she exercises on her image and business; deliberate provocation as a marketing tool; and her passionate love for fashion and art.

“Gaga for Gaultier” will air at 8pm ET on September 12th on The CW.    Immediately following “The CW 2011 Fall Preview Special” will air, giving fans a 45-minute sneak peek at the networks upcoming season of new and returning shows.
