The two-time Video Music Award host has can now add Movie Awards host to his resume.

Russel Brand, who will star in the upcoming movie adaptation of the hit Broadway show “Rock of Ages”, will host the 2012 MTV Movie Awards when they air live Sunday June 3 from the Gibson Amphitheatre.

“MTV Movie Awards incorporates two of my favorite things. Movies and Awards. If somehow group sex could be involved it would be the greatest night of my life,” says Russell Brand.

Brand will join the already announced musical guest fun. and presenters like Kirsten Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Mila Kunis, Emma Stone and more.
