In advance of this mornings Upfront Presentation, The CW has announced their schedule for the 2012-13 TV season.

After picking up new five new shows including the Sex and the City prequel “Carrie Diaries” and the re-telling of the classic “Beauty and the Beast”, The CW  has announced the fall 2012 schedule.

Most notable changes are that fan favorite “Supernatural” is moving to Wednesday night following new series “Aarow”; “90210″ moves to Monday acting as the lead-in to the finale season of “Gossip Girl”; “Hart of Dixie” moves to Tuesday night at 8pm followed by new series “Emily Owens, M.D.”; the next cycle of America’s Next Top Model will air on Friday night followed by “Nikita” in its new time at 9pm; hit show “The Vampire Diaries” remains in its Thursday, 8pm time slot and will be followed by “Beauty and the Beast”

Other new series “Cult” and “Carrie Diaries” (January 2013) will join the mid-season line-up.   The CW will to start their 2012-13 TV season in October ’12 (specific dates to be announced at a later time).
