Last night Teen Choice 2012 host Demi Lovato graced the stage in not one but three different outfits ranging from her pink carpet/opening look of a Falguni & Shane Peacock dress with a stick straight high ponytail to her closing outfit which included a black Topshop dress and Stylestalker jacket that set off her blue ombre beach waves perfectly.
