After launching a partnership with Manolo Blahnik, ready to wear designer Rolando Santana has announced the launch of his first accessories collection.  For his upcoming Spring/Summer 2013 collection, Rolando Santana has partnered with OPTX Rhode Island to produce a chic and sleek new sunglass line.

The new Santana sunglasses are all handcrafted in Italy using Mazzucchelli acetate and stainless optical hardware with UVA/ UVB 2mm lenses.

“Collaborating with OPTX was a dream. They care deeply about quality and luxury, which are key components to my own collection. I know women enjoy their privacy and always want to look effortlessly chic, so these sunglasses will give every woman the privacy she seeks with frames that also compliment her look,” says Rolando Santana.

Retailing at $295, the frames will be sold exclusively at OPTX Rhode Island, as well as rolandosantana.com and will debut on the runway during New York Fashion Week.
