One of the big issues I have while traveling is packing up ALL my hair tool and hair care products into that one suitcase we are allowed to bring. We asking celebrity hairstylist Angelo David from the Angelo David Salon to give us a how-to on some hairstyles that you can do with just a blow-dryer and/or your trusty flatiron.
The Top Knot
The look is such a huge trend lately. The look is so easy to pull, while giving a very downtown glam. The trick is to gather all your hair to a high ponytail using a great brush, like the Angelo David Paddle Brush ($55), then secure with an elastic. Use a little bit of hairspray before twisting the hair around in itself like a coil. Secure the base with pins until the look is firm. Finish the look with a strong hold spray. The messier the hair, the better it looks.
