Light, airy, fresh and refined, all words that eloquently epitomize Son Jung Wan’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection. Consisting of 44 looks for both men and women, the Korean designer drew upon Kandinsky and Catherine Palace for inspiration.
While muted tones of beige, ivory and pale pink flooded the runway via wool coats, dresses and wraps, autumn’s signature dark hues made their mark at the presentation too! From an elegant long-sleeve shimmer dress in navy to a maroon sleeveless top with ostrich and lamb fur trimming and matching colored shorts the designer’s vision for fall is one of pure beauty. And to cap off the collection before taking her final bow, Wan’s tan suede jumpsuit with a snakeskin print train, mocha pleated mesh gown and fox fur coat with sequence detailing all left lasting impressions.
