Fashionable AND funny, that can only mean one person — Tina Fey. On Feb. 28, the Admissions actress stepped out in style while making an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Sporting a wool bustier dress from designer Rachel Roy’s Fall 2013 collection, Ms. Fey looked absolutely stunning in the strapless sheath.
