Fashion for Haiti: One Million Hearts

We love fashion for a cause and no one is better at this than Donna Karan with her One Million Hearts campaign to help support the Urban Zen Foundation.  The Fashion for Haiti: One Million Hearts exhibition features a collaboration between Urban Zen, The CFDA, and eBay and allows everyone the chance to bid on a one-of-a-kind heart that has been personally designed by designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Betsey Johnson, Oscar de le Renta, Donna Karan (of course) and many more.

Starting today April 22 till May 2, 2013 anyone can go to eBay and bid on one of these locally-crafted Haitian papier-mache hearts (donated by DKNY).  100% of the proceeds raised will go to support the Urban Zen Foundation and it’s efforts to promoting Haitian artisans.

To quote Donna “The heart of Haiti in your hands”

Bidding on all hearts starts and $50 and includes free shipping. Head over to eBay now to find your favorite heart and place your bid.

The Urban Zen Foundation creates, connects, and collaborates to raise awareness and inspire change in the areas of well-being, preserving cultures, and empowering children in mind, body, and spirit.  Urban Zen designs forums, partners with existing organizations, and brings together experts to define solutions and implement action.
