ABC Orders 11 Pilots to Series Including OUAT ‘Wonderland’ Spin-off

Last night the brutal axe came down upon serval shows on the ABC network. Among the shows that got cancelled were Body of Proof, Happy Endings, Malibu Country, Family Tools, How to Live With Your Parents (for The Rest of Your Lives), and Red Widow.  While some of these were shockers some where not. Happy Endings has been playing musical time-slots all season when it really should have stayed on Wednesday nights; however there is still talk that USA Network might save the brilliant comedy as a lead-in to Modern Family when the show goes into syndication on the network next year.

With all those free time slots, ABC has ordered 11 (yes 11) pilots to series including the much talked about Once Upon A Time spin-off Once Upon A Time in Wonderland. Talk is that Wonderland would be a 13 episode order and will fill the OUAT time-slot when the show goes on winter break.  Other new shows include the Rebel Wilson (of Pitch Perfect fame) lead Super Fun Night; Mixology from Ryan Seacrest’s producing team; and Mind Games starring Christian Slater.
