Summer’s Not Over Yet – Our Late Summer Must Haves

Just because the summer is almost unofficially over, doesn’t mean we have to stop loving our summer faves. Here are 4 things we are still obsessing about:

  1. Summer Eyes by Too Faced– This compact palette contains nine coordinating shadows, in three combinations- Day, Classic and Fashion, which you can mix and match to create many different combos. These highly pigmented shadows are extremely pigmented and contain a mixture of shimmery and matte colors. This is the perfect palette to take on the go and contains colors that are the perfect transition from summer to fall.

  2. Essie Summer collection– Even though summer is winding down, the days of sandals and a colorful manicure are anything but over. Essie’s 2013 summer collection (which isn’t just for summer) is inspired by going on a journey, which you can do at any time of the year.  If you’re not ready to make the switch to maroon’s and navy’s, “Naughty Nautical,” a shimmery blue-green teal, and “The Girls Are Out,” a fuchsia-peony shimmer are the perfect jewel tones to rock on your digits until the colder months.

  3. Henri Bendel Wet Bikini Bag– The days of throwing your wet bathing suit into a plastic bag are over! Introduce the Wet Bikini Bag by Henri Bendel. Aside from the super cute terrycloth exterior, the inside is waterproof and coated so the moisture from your wet suit don’t leak out of the bag. As an added bonus, we use the bag (pre-wet bikini) to throw in our beach bag to house or keys, phone, wallet and any other item that can get sandy or lost in your giant bag. This is the perfect addition to bring on vacation, and a great gift to give to a bride or a friend!

  4. Nautical themed Necklace from ML Accessories – Whether you’re strolling on the docks in the Hamptons, or having brunch in the city, this layered anchor necklace is a perfect addition to any outfit. With three round anchor pendants with white, blue and red enamel, and a small and large brass anchors, this necklace has many different looks, depending on how the pendants fall. With the 27 inch red chain, you’ll add a little splash of nautical to your outfit without overdoing it.
