We’ve lost another ‘Golden Girl’.

Rue McClanahan better known as Blanche Devereaux on the hit series passed away this morning at the age of 76 from a stroke.

Ms. McClanahan starred in ‘Golden Girls’ from 1985-92 along with Bea Arthur, Betty White, and Estelle Getty.

Betty White (who most recently hosted SNL) is now the sole surviving member of the series as Ms. Getty passed away in 2008 and Ms. Arthur in 2009.

Betty White said the following in a personal statement “Rue was a close and dear friend. I treasured our relationship. It hurts more than I even thought it would, if that’s possible.”

As most heard, Actor Gary Coleman passed away at the age of 42.

Coleman who is best known for his role as Arnold Jackson on ‘Different Strokes’ passed away due to an intracranial hemorrhage after falling at his Santaquin, Utah, home earlier this week and fell into a coma on Thursday.

Per EW.com the creator of the Broadway musical ‘Ave Q’ Jeff Marx which features a character named ‘Gary Coleman’ and slightly mocks the actors well known financial issues issued a statement that they would be making changes to the lines in the musical and held a tribute to the late actor after Friday nights show saying “It’s a very sad day for all of us, and we’re really sorry to hear this. We all were inspired by him for many, many years.”

Gary Coleman is survived by his wife Shannon.

Cory Feldman released a statement earlier this afternoon in regards to the death of Corey Haim via his Blog:

“I was awakened at 8:30 this morning by my brother and sister knocking on my bedroom door. They informed me of the loss of my brother Corey Haim. My eyes weren’t even open all the way when the tears started streaming down my face. I am so sorry for Corey, his mother Judy, his family, my family, all of our fans, and of course my son who I will have to find a way to explain this to when he gets home from school. This is a tragic loss of a wonderful,beautiful,tormented soul, who will always be my brother,family, and best friend. We must all take this as a lesson in how we treat the people we share this world with while they are still here to make a difference. Please respect our families as we struggle and grieve through this difficult time. I hope the art Corey has left behind will be remembered as the passion of that for which he truly lived. ~ Corey”

The Two Corey’s were frequent co-stars in several movies during the 80′s including ‘The Lost Boys’.

Corey Haim passed away this morning around 2:18am by accidental overdose at the age of 38.

Corey Haim was found dead this morning of an overdose.

He was 38 years old.

Corey Haim is most famous for the vampire flick ‘The Lost Boys’ which he co-stared with his long time friend Corey Feldman.

Actor Patrick Swayze has passed away at the age of 57.

Patrick has been suffering from pancreatic cancer since 2008.

Patrick Swayze might be best known for he roles in Dirty Dancing and Ghost.
